      Facilities are clean and adequate.

      Cons

      Low morale. Employees are treated with little respect and given almost no recognition for achievements. No support for professional training or development for over three years. No humor, no fun, no spirit of company achievement or success.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
