Pros
Love working with close colleagues. I have built a good relationship with my immediate work colleagues which helps the day pass by gracefully.
Cons
Employee and manager communication is bad , the performance review process is questionable. Senior team members don't seem to want anyone else to progress or have their own opinion on matters. It pretty much their way!
