As with any company, there's always room for improvement. However, I honestly haven't encountered any major drawbacks in my time at POWWR that can't be resolved. The company is constantly evolving and actively seeks employee feedback to address any potential issues proactively. In my experience, any challenges I've faced have been swiftly addressed by management, demonstrating their commitment to creating a positive work environment.
