Pros

I am looking for a Full time or part time position as a personal assistant in the area. It can be remote or in person, although I prefer to limit in person contact if possible. Otherwise, I am following all covid guidelines and test twice a month. I have 3 years experience as a personal assistant and my priority is to assist clients to overcome overwhelming tasks so they can focus on other responsibilities. Confidential, efficient and personable. My availability is flexible, please contact me with serious inquiries. Thanks!

Pros

The work environment at Post A Resume HR Consultancy is warm, welcoming, and very supportive — especially for freshers and interns. As a Graphic Design Intern, I was given real responsibilities from day one, which helped me grow both creatively and professionally. The team was always open to new ideas and encouraged me to experiment with designs rather than just follow a template. Management is approachable and genuinely invested in your learning. I got hands-on experience working on branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, and more. The exposure to real client-facing design work within just 3 months was something I didn't expect but truly valued. It's a great place to build your confidence, grow your portfolio, and understand how design works in a professional HR and recruitment setting.

Cons

Since it is a small consultancy, resources and tools available for design work can sometimes be limited. The internship period is relatively short, so just when you start getting comfortable and into the groove of things, it's time to wrap up. A longer internship duration would be more beneficial for both the intern and the company. Also, there is no formal structured training program for interns — most learning happens on the job, which is great for some but can feel overwhelming for others in the beginning. A proper onboarding plan for design interns would make the experience even smoother.
