Leadership is transparent and always open to new ideas, which makes you feel valued from day one. The team is talented, friendly, and driven, creating an environment where you can learn a lot and grow quickly. Work-life balance is respected, and the flexibility offered makes it easy to manage personal and professional life. Honestly, I never once looked at a clock and dreaded being there.

Nothing major—like any fast-growing company, some processes are still evolving, but leadership actively works on improving things, and employee feedback is taken seriously.
