Pros
Lots of fun working with employees and always getting to see new release first hand.
Cons
No employee discount, benefits are really bad. They expect everyone to work like they don’t have a life outside of work. There is no work life balance especially for management and above. Too high expectations. Very hard to change their view about feedback. Nobody understands what their jobs is. No chance of moving up. They like more Chinese speaking because they’re always speaking Chinese
