Unprofessional working environment, poor management, very antiquated system... If you’re someone that has integrity and self-respect, consider working someplace else! The owner is a self-centered individual that shows no regard for anyone else. A former “family practice” that no longer has any “family” working at the establishment. There is ONE manager there that knows what he is doing; the rest are simply there to take space and laugh (very loudly) at each other’s jokes - as they have no idea what they’re doing and allow their emotions to get the best of them. This place is at the very best, a joke, if you’re looking to grow or excel at your job. They allow fraternization between managers and employees and allow for “bullying” in the work-place. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from an organization that is only looking to fill seats due to their extremely high turn-over and unsatisfied clients.
