Heed caution to the ego maniacal president whose strong ambition is to get rich by working you to the bone. Probably the only person in the U.S who thinks paid vacation and sick leaves are benefits. Here, you will be judged not on the quality of your work but on your skill to entertain his unnecessary criticism and satisfy his giant ego. It is a perfect example of a toxic workplace environment. Consider working here only if you are desperate, Otherwise you can definitely do better. Please don't be fooled by the facade. The employee retention at this place is terrible. people keep leaving every week. After reading this if you still want to join, God Bless you! Kudos to the president who will make Polygen great again ;)
