Cons
Management is a volatile environment full of ignorance, and self-involvement where instead of promoting employees they label them as "product owners" and dangle career advancement in front of them while hiring poor candidates for even low level roles; Extended outages and money wasted have resulted including self-created outages. "CYA" environment - per previous manager. Development team and vendors are completely lost and lack technicality. CIO is a glorified project manager.
