Pros
The best money I've made thus far, but could be better comparatively. Great idea and great customer service. And you can tell they're trying to do right, sometimes.
Cons
Terrible work culture - nearly everyone in sales hates their job. The prices for the containers are way too damn high even in the winter months when they're supposed to be cheaper. Management doesn't care. Their point system is rigged to get you fired within a few months. And, they do mass hirings and mass firings. Their HR lady quit because of the poor practices she was forced to do. The whole system is rigged to make you either quit(which I did) or be fired within a 6-12 month timeline.
