Cons
Hire lots of junior developers that's haven't worked in any real developer jobs then don't provide them any training. Startup culture without the startup wages, which doesn't seem to improve much the higher up the chain you get, which will be a big part of why staff turnover is so high. Woke culture... Be careful what you say... Directors seem nice up front but it's all false to try and create a false sense of security. They won't hesitate to turn on you if they aren't getting what they want. Legacy code base. You will get pigeon holed into doing the same stuff day in day out until you are bored to tears. The job is mind numbingly boring...
