You have food for a daily amount for free. It's easy to schedule vacations as long as you plan ahead. You usually have co-workers from anywhere in the world which makes a very entertaining environment and friendly people.

The salary is the basic and the bonus they offer is provided almost entirely to the people who serve the till. Much of the management and supervision of the staff are people from Poland many of them without any knowledge of personnel management or direction Therefore, workers who can move faster are usually from their own country. So if you're not from Poland it's not the best place to work since they are something like a mafia. They offer great parties that you usually can not attend because they do not worry about closing the stores a couple of hours before so everyone can attend.
