I don't drive many hours for nothing! Not just the mission of saving lives, but so also the breadth of learning at POC Medical. This has been pivotal for me to feel energized to be at work each day. The company is on the verge of launching a disruptive technology that is much needed to help save lives. POC Medical, like most start-ups can be challenging and fast evolving. But the Management is supportive, advocates an open door policy and is a great place that spawns creativity and innovation.

Short term risks are there just as in any startup.
