Pros

The kids and coworkers are great! The majority of employees not in administration are some of the best people I have ever met!

Cons

Administration is ruining this company. The owner doesn't listen to any suggestions about why there is so much turnover within the company. Not only is this not helpful for a successful business, but it effects the kids negatively too. The owner makes a ridiculous amount of money each month compared to what he pays his employees and what each program needs. Administration does not respect any employees what so ever. Everyone is viewed to be "lower" and therefore less important and it makes working here not worth it regardless of the benefits or wholesomeness of the job. This company cuts corners, lies, and steals. They have broken the law in many different cases and stolen money from employees. They reduced salary employees pay if they missed any days of work, which is completely illegal. They write disrespectful emails about individuals and send them out company wide. Working here is purely drama and is not worth the compensation especially when compared to your responsibility and what is expected of you.

Pros

New leadership cares. They listen and have employed great people not just bodies. They come in and work with the kids and back up the floor staff. They answer texts and calls also.

Cons

Being paid once a month, but you get used to it.

Pros

Absolutely none unless you are fat, stupid, and lazy.

Cons

Extremely lazy, inexperienced, and unreliable staff. I only worked there for a week and a half and it was absolutely insane. Residents eat whatever and whenever they want. Staff let's them play video games instead of giving them structure in their day. Children would be violent with me for giving them structure in their day. Many staff would side with the children because they don't actually want to do work. These children have serious mental health issues and they staff just dosnt have the guts for a BRS program.
