Could do much better to retain employees - Anonymous employee PMY Group Employee Review

I have been working here for over a year. Management is rarely present in the office, and the finance team tends to be quite disorganized. Clear guidance is often lacking, which makes tasks more challenging than they need to be. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this workplace.
