Pros
Young and fun work environment but with that comes cliques and drama. You learn on your own to be independent professional and it demands you obtain a go getter attitude. Once the ball is rolling you leave work feeling accomplished. It's fun to watch your sales margin bar go up. I also liked the freedom to handle situations without having "to go to a manager". Definitely a self-driven job that can be a lot of fun.
Cons
Strict, I mean STRICT, sales goals, leave you stressing over numbers when you are supposed to be a consultant for your customers needs. Conflicting motives. As I said in Pros, young co-workers leads to cliques and drama. If you get "IN" with the PLS "crew" you may be given special considerations/jobs (as in the company will make up positions for you) but only few get in. -You're nothing until you're something- at this company. Also, recently adding Saturday shifts made for some unhappy employees. LONG work hours. AND just because you work hard does not mean you get to keep you job...< Biggest Company Flaw. The job is based on LUCK! You gotta play to win.
