Pros

Literally nothing to say here.

Cons

PLS Logistics is hands down one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. The turnover rate is easily over 90%, and it’s obvious why almost immediately. “Training” is a joke. You get about a week of rushed, surface-level sessions over Teams, often run by someone overseas, and then you’re thrown to the wolves with zero real support. Managers don’t train, don’t help, and don’t seem to care whether you succeed or fail. The entire system feels set up to burn through new hires. They bring people in, push them to find new business, and then once you’ve built up accounts, you’re at risk of being let go—only for those accounts to get handed off to senior reps or favorites. It’s a churn-and-replace cycle. Favoritism is blatant. If you’re not part of the “in crowd,” don’t expect fair opportunities or treatment. Hard work doesn’t matter nearly as much as who you’re liked by. On top of that, professionalism in management is questionable. There are leaders who clearly shouldn’t be in leadership roles, and some behavior I witnessed was completely inappropriate for a workplace. This is not a career-building company—it’s a burnout factory. If you’re thinking about working here, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Pros

Nice offices and ok work environment

Cons

Poor training, low pay and high volume cold calling. Leads are bad & recycled regularly. Aggressive sales goals at 3 months are difficult to meet. They hire mass groups who will most likely be fired in a few months. Then give the customers they signed to the few seasoned sales reps. It's cheap labor so their sales team doesn't have to do grunt work. They also have poor customer service practices which make it difficult to retain new clients and they WILL short your last paycheck, which is illegal!
