I believe that PKP Intercity is a company with great prospects, especially for young people. Remote work is possible in many offices, there are numerous benefits, and talent programs seem to be an ideal development opportunity for ambitious young people. I believe that everyone who cares about the development of Polish railways will find something for themselves in PKP Intercity.
Cons
Some young people may not like the serious atmosphere, but that too is slowly changing. In addition, for some, a problem could still be a lot of paperwork, but also replaced by an electronic path.
