      lots of opportunity to do stuff

      Cons

      Bbut can't do anything because managers, especially those who have been at the company a long time do not care about their job. Info Tech employees don't do any work. They just say they are busy but are playing golf and fantasy football.

      Pros

      The benefits are great. Low premiums for health insurance, normal vacations days, 11 holidays, PTO to use for sickness or personal appts that equals about 40h a year and extra 2 or 3 floating holidays. Tuition reimbursement is 100%. The culture is great, very corporate-like atmosphere but people are friendly and willing to help. Very stable job

      It takes long to move up but the pay for each level is very competitive
