      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, good place to get experience

      Cons

      Labor cost is expected to be as low as possible which results in (mostly the managers) being extremely overworked. Little to no benefits for employees lower than GM. Raises are rare.

      A lot of great experience to use and work off of from upper management.

      Cons

      For the amount of time, effort, and work required of the job the compensation isn’t really there. Base pay is low because bonuses are certainly on the high end but very hard to obtain

      Anyone can start in this business and rise to places they never thought possible.

      Cons

      The industry itself is hard on the body. 30'years was enough.
