Since the company is growing so quickly, sometimes new roles aren’t defined until the team is stretched very thin. Not a huge con though, just be ready to wear several hats until the need can be addressed.
Pirch was criticized for changing from its initial model, but this was absolutely necessary to ensure its viability. A lot of employees did not see this, which was unfortunate. With a scaled back version of Pirch as far as some of the perks went, Pirch was able to turn the business around into profitability and could afford much more important benefits for the employees.
