Pros

The only pros would be Medical Benefits as it covers for dependents.

Cons

The work environment is rigid and toxic, driven by a top-down leadership style that lacks transparency. Operational rules change depending on who you are; for instance, hybrid work models are granted based on favoritism rather than role requirements or objective situational needs. Even whole departments are denied flexibility without a clear business rationale. Despite the firm consistently hitting its financial targets and performing exceptionally well, employee compensation remains stagnant and well below market value. Management heavily pushes a narrative of mentorship, grooming, and career advancement, but these promises are entirely empty. There is zero upward mobility. The company culture demands that you consistently operate at 200% capacity, yet your targets will always feel like moving goalposts. To make matters worse, recognition is performative; you will receive superficial praise in public, but behind closed doors, your hard work is completely undervalued and unappreciated. The whole company runs fully on politics, without caring for employees. This is for all department, regardless.
