Massively enthusiastic team with a huge work ethic. It makes life in a tough job much easier when the people you work with make the business fun and enjoyable. Recruitment is an opportunity to really make some money if you work hard. You also learn how to run your own desk like a business. And a battle station in the Nerf Gun wars! The resources at PIE far outweigh any recruitment businesses I have worked for before. The creative brand iconography is great to and is so well received with candidates & clients.
Cons
The nature of the beast, recruitment is a tough market you have to commit and enjoy the really good times and learn from the bad. Anything in between doesn't exist! Be prepared for the long haul as nothing comes quickly in this game but at PIE all the resource is behind you for this bad stuff to happen less
