No effective communication. No transparency from upper management. Site in decline along with any benefits - 13/25 holiday days now scheduled. Compensation below average and no incentives. No pay progression outside of annual union payrise. ~4% Lower management are bullies. Workload increased significantly since majority of agency workers removed from site. Unstructured training that is signed without regard, allowing untrained individuals free roam on complex machines.
