Pros

The people - well those on the ground anyway

Cons

Bad management; wrong focus - get in the money no matter the cost to the staff's mental or physical health; charge you out at longer hours than your contract states (on a regular basis) - no compensation for the hours worked; salary increases are to be hard fought for; don't get sick; loyalty not rewarded; don't expect support from management low salary - they don't keep up with the cost of living

Pros

- Pension - Holidays are Flexible (Banks Hoildays, 24 days Annual Leave, Including Force Majeure, Parenting Leave, Jury Duty & Funeral Leave) - Laya Health Care Plans. - Access to Learn Portal Courses (Cisco, Mircosoft, Docker, AWS Cloud, ITIL & More) Training + Course will be sorted by the Company. - Great Company to learn as much you can from the people onsite.

Cons

- Pay is painfully low, for what you do and the Equipment you install and look after is very pricey and requires high levels of Concentration and Responsibly as you are working within active Building Site. - At times you'll be either so stressed or burned out from this job to point, you'll need very long holiday to ground yourself and relax. - By far the biggest downside is you are not employee of PFH, you are asset like a tool in a toolbox and they will treat you as such. you are service to whatever client company they hired you out too. Funny thing is if you have issue or concern about the work within the client company they have assigned you to such as forced to do work that is out of the scope of your contract they don't care.
