      Pros

      People at the heart of PEXA. Incredible employee benefits including 12 wellness days per year, ability to work overseas and combine holidays with work, great culture, huge ambition. Love the no mandated days in office - true hybrid!!

      nice people, 3 days wfh

      after redundancies to save cost, and not replacing people who have left, people are getting increasingly stretched thin
