Pros
- the people who do all the work are fantastic, they are hard working and care about the business and it’s customers - flexible working arrangements are great - pretty good remuneration and benefits
Cons
- the culture was once the BEST going around, everyone loved coming to work, helped each other, had fun and delivered outstanding results. Over the last three years, new management has unfortunately destroyed that and it now has a culture like a bank or government. - executive positions have changed multiple times, positions given to mates and executives placed in roles that they don’t have experience for. - company strategy is broad and unclear, priorities constantly change. Too much red tape, committees, papers being prepared and little to no action taking place. - regular restructures and recently a large number of redundancies, yet millions of dollars spent on an office refurbishment that no one comes into or asked for.
