Highly competent management. Steady hours. Dynamic form systems. Great work envirorment.

Minimal overtime at the time I worked there.

Knowledgeable people. There's a few people who are genuinely stand-up individuals.

Leadership lacks transparency. Gossip is unreal and believed before the truth ever will be. They live by the motto "bad news should travel fast" but will refuse to give their employees a straight answer. No room for growth. Very little, if any, training and mentorship. If you make a mistake, your prospects will die immediately. Don't know the "Petra way"? You'll be shown an outdated document and then be punished for failing. But hey, there's pizza! Honestly, it's a shame to see what Jerry Frank created slowly crumble to the ground.
