      Pros

      Great culture and sincere care for employees. It is an absolutely amazing company to work for where employees and customers come first.

      Cons

      Remuneration has dependency on sizable company performance based bonus. A Large part of remuneration is therefore not guaranteed. If company does come close to performance targets, the remuneration is market related, some time even above. The inverse is also true.
