Pros
pep has been a great company since day 1. From HR ensuring a smooth transition to being paired with a mentor to help ease you in even more, the start I had at pep was perfect. pep is a place where you look forward to coming to work, with fantastic employees, and a great company culture (as it is an agency style company). We have plenty of perks working at pep from pep Rally to Mid-Year (and all the good, fun activities in between). pep has plenty of opportunity to grow as I have joined a couple committees, and found myself taking on plenty of leadership roles and responsibilities. You can really tell that pep cares about their employees, and the growth of their employees through trainings. pep also works with some of the best corporations from P&G to Unilever, thus allowing employees to work on some amazing work. Management has recently changed, and the effects have been minor as we continue to develop under our new CEO. pep has by far been a great fit for me, and a terrific company to work for in Cincinnati.
Cons
There are not really many cons that I have experienced with pep. The only area for improvement would really be the building pep is located in. There isn't anything wrong with the location or the building itself. The issue is that the heating and AC are on the fritz sometimes.
