So funny that PenFed hiring bots to vague praise how good the company is, how great and professional the culture they have, great work life balance such fake stuffs. These scripted, generic reviews are as fake as their so-called leadership, instead of wasting time on PR stunts, why can't focus on treating employees with respect and fixing the internal mess? because they don't care, hiring more and more unqualified leaderships, drain people and drive them out, dead end.
Cons
turn over rate higher than 50%, observed half of the department left due to toxic culture, new hires dont last 1 month of struggle, and leave quickly. No automatic merit increases, you have to beg the leadership for a 2% merit. People are trapped at junior levels for over 4 yrs and not qualified for a promotion! leaderships use economy recession to keep you silent when you beg a promotion or merit. The whole organization is filled with will of authority. Constantly changing directives from leadership result in a lot of wasted effort, be fooled as a clown is not a career.
