      Great employees who are willing to go the extra mile

      Cons

      Lack of support and resources, even when justifiably advocated for, are never listened to nor taken action upon/followed up by senior leadership. Everything is “wing it” with no care for structure, quality/proper training, skill development, not even HE training for supervisors too.

      Awesome place and people - complex and large finance operation and balance sheet yet still small enough to make an impact and build up solutions from the ground floor - creative place!

      The salary is a competitive.

      Cons

      Upper management put a lot of pressure to make goals. Manager is terrible , lack of communication, trying to write up for not meeting goals that are just inflated expectations. Do not know how to lead , just want to boss team around.I do not recommend this place . There is no Opportunity to move around as they do not like to hire within . Company promotes employees that do not deserve it.Top performance doesn’t matter.
