      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with some amazing teammates and exceptional managers. My manager(Bill) has been with the company for nearly three decades and genuinely cares about his team, he always goes above and beyond to support you during challenging times. The technology the company is working with is truly impressive, and I genuinely wanted to stay here for the long term because of the positive environment and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      I don’t see any major cons. I only left due to visa issues, which I had hoped the company could support given its size and strong reputation.

      Awesome place and people - complex and large finance operation and balance sheet yet still small enough to make an impact and build up solutions from the ground floor - creative place!

      The salary is a competitive.

      Cons

      Upper management put a lot of pressure to make goals. Manager is terrible , lack of communication, trying to write up for not meeting goals that are just inflated expectations. Do not know how to lead , just want to boss team around.I do not recommend this place . There is no Opportunity to move around as they do not like to hire within . Company promotes employees that do not deserve it.Top performance doesn’t matter.
