Pros

Do you love being micromanaged? Well, this is the company for you! It starts at property level and works its way up to corporate. Not a day will go by when you’re not in a meeting or submitting a report they can easily pull from Yardi. The laziness and incompetence of corporate staff truly shines! For a company who claims to be around for 30 some odd years, they sure don’t know what’s going on.

Cons

Promise you the moon and stars. One of their core values is “growth” yet they hire outsiders to “lead” individuals, they last for a couple weeks and quit. The CEO likes to demean people when they don’t agree with him. Not only is he ruining his company’s culture, but he’s losing good people and it all falls back on HIM.

Working and growing beside our CEO and our corporate team has given me an opportunity that is a positive and professional game changer for me.

Pros

They promise you it’s a great company then you get there and see it’s anything but that. Will try to get you hired on salary then expect you to work on call for free.

Cons

Not enough skilled employees to let you manage the team and they don’t believe in a system where employees can even be managed (no chain of command enforcement). You will end up doing maintenance tech work and on call for free
