      - Sometimes those tickets pile up! - They need more staff to service the new clients that they acquire (which actually ties in with the first bullet point)

      The office is nice, for the owners.

      Cons

      Poorly paid employees. Clueless owners. Terrible work culture. Under qualified employees trying to run things. They run off anyone who would be good for the company. HR is a puppet for management.
