Nice people but fear injected environment - Administration PEAC Solutions Employee Review

Hybrid environment with flexible schedules. Those with an entrepreneurial mindset seem to be the most successful. Leadership listens to feedback from top producers/high performers.

Can be fast-paced, currently in growth/scale-mode.

Health Benefits are normal. 401k is decent. hours are normal.

Leadership has crashed hard. The "new" CEO always talks about things, and says that "we're going to be the #1 company, or if we get some number, we'll have a great Holiday party. and nothing. the new SALES CSO is a terrible leader, very two faced and unapproachable. Whatever CEO did to prior CSO, it was bad. CSO dragged very happy folks back to the office. Then they cut the pay raises for the year. Bonuses were late. Bonuses were processed improperly. Still pushing DEI and remote work is nil. HR (except for payroll) is a useless group. Millennial mentality.
