Values their employees and does everything they can to try and make the feel valued. Was recently acknowledged for the good work I was doing. This acknowledgement came from above my manager. Great health insurance. (although slightly higher payments) You get what you pay for! Very relaxed office, not overly corporate feel which is nice. Flexible hours if needed, generous PTO and holiday schedule. I've worked many jobs and by far I'd say this is the best yet!
