Lack of Vision - Executive PE GI Solutions Employee Review

Poor strategic vision and mission. PE wants to provide services to physicians practices but does not know how to integrate that into their “mom and pop” surgery center division. Their lack of direction and support for leader and staff is negatively impacting performance. They fired over 100 people in the middle of a pandemic and are owned by a gigantic private equity owner-KELSO. A lack of vision has led many to question their role in the company and how their role can contribute to the overall directionless company mission.They also cut everyone’s salary in the middle of a pandemic. That was sad... extreme lack of diversity. The few minorities that I met have left have left the company or are thinking of leaving.
