      Very busy and fast paced hospital High volumes of calls would mean having to speak to many disgruntled clients. Clients could also be abusive.

      Pros

      Even after careful reflection, i struggle to think of a pro

      Cons

      Bad directors, bad management, awful culture, some very senior people are completey toxic. HR runs the show and its causing people misery. Since leaving i've realised a lot of the behaviours are very very bad indeed and hurtful to peoples mental health. I wish the remaining employees well and hope they too escape.
