Pros
It's a good, honest company with some of the greatest talent I've seen. It's a fun culture where people truly care about one another. They offer flexibility, work life balance and trust their employees to get work done with quite a bit of autonomy. The Principals really do care and are really invested in making PDR the best it can be. Every client is important and the work we deliver is top quality. Benefits and flex schedules are unlike anywhere I've seen.
Cons
There isn't a lot of alignment on how things need to get done and therefore things sometimes don't run with 100% efficiency. Recent layoffs have hurt morale. Cliques and people who love to get people overly excited tend to stir the pot and it's really frustrating. It's not a perfect place but I'd love to see where some of these naysayers have previously worked. The level of exaggeration from the low ratings on here is really ridiculous. It's laughable. PDR in the end really is a Great place to work. Some employees are underpaid. Bonuses used to be great but haven't been as great in the recent years.
