      Pros

      PDQ has a culture that you have to experience to understand - very fun, light-hearted and transparent from a leadership perspective. Great benefits (of course the 4 day work week but 401k, healthcare, etc. are also top notch). Incredibly smart people who want to work really hard and get things done.

      Cons

      It's a growth stage company which means there is constant pressure to do more more more at all times. This comes with the territory but can be overwhelming and lead to burnout if not managed correctly.

      Awesome place to work overall. --4 Day Work Week --Very good benefits --Usually a good number of remote work positions available --People here are overall great to work with
