      Lots of smart people and room to learn.

      All the smart people were brought in from acquisitions. PDI has no clue what to do our how to integrate all these companies.

      Great benefits including unlimited time off (with manager approval)

      Cons

      Important decisions almost always come from top management without developer input. The criteria for promotion as a developer are too rigid.
