Pros
Work starts at 10 or 11am. You can show up looking like a total slob.
Cons
Insane work hours. Upwards of 60-70 hrs a week (every week, they'll try and tell you it's only for the end of the month but that's a lie) They tried to hire a bunch of people with degrees but no one stayed and the folks who did stay (me) were so over worked and under appreciated I think they stopped mentally showing up for work. The job should never have required a college graduate in the first place. HINT - if you have a degree you will 100% be wasting your time here. The pay was a joke. There's no opportunity for advancement and if they do promote you, get ready for a .50 cent pay increase added to your pathetic 14.00 an hr pay.. this place is an unorganized nightmare. I only stayed for the health benefits which they did away with and now have an insanely high deductible plan.
