      As a fee for service therapist, one has autonomy at this clinic.

      Cons

      The general atmosphere of the clinic shows a complete lack of concern for their vulnerable clients and employees. It has become a Medicaid mill. The CEO Jakob Barak is a sociopath.

      The Pay is not bad.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover rate: 6 property managers, 5 Generalists, 2 HR Directors all in 1 year. Sick time accrues slowly, No workflows or systems in place, horrible management.
