How much time do you have? The person in charge of education is a walking and talking HR violation. Their snarky east coast brand of condescension mixed with an appetite for not doing their job makes everything else so much more difficult. The new CMO claims to be all for mental health but actively refuses to get to know their team in any meaningful way. The powers to be LOVE to hold on to incompetence for far too long while applauding mediocrity. Did I mention the CMO? Seriously a gigantic hypocrite. I have never had the displeasure of working with someone as much as the new CMO.
