Cons
DC metro traffic isn't great, and can wear if you're commuting far regularly. The perks of being in sales at PCM are realized. Winter is a little slow industry wide. Operations and Sales have a gap that needs to be bridged.
PCM offers the opportunity to grow and promotes from within. My hard work has been rewarded and recognized. Great work life balance, team atmosphere where everyone supports each other.
Cons
Somewhat seasonal work flow, occasional mixed messaging from management. No 401k or access to a retirement plan.
