Pros
Just a very well run and professional organization. By far the best company I have been a part of. Great management, solid HR policies, great benefits and pay, and interesting projects.
Cons
Site supervisors can be a handful to deal with at times. Old school policies and mentalities can be frustrating. If you're not at your desk until after 5pm you are generally considered lazy regardless of what time you arrived, how productive you were, workload etc. .
