-Favoritism can be seen easily in promotions. -Office politics is very strong -Junior/Intermediate employees do the majority & earn the minority -No structured job descriptions -No organized job specific training. Mostly mentoring of the from senior staff. Passing old school not the best practices to thee next generation

Cons

-Good work life balance -Normal pay -Nice off work events in HQ in Edmonton

Cons

Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
