Pcl treats its employees well. Scheduling time off for visits with family is easy. Per deim for 7 days as long as you work your entire scheduled work week.
Cons
Pcl employs a wide spectrum of employees and a lot of them have little pride in their work. Many problems associated with high turn over rate.
