      Great to work with the students and the few coworkers who don't backstab you...

      Cons

      Constantly changing priorities, health and well-being are compromised, backstabbing coworkers, set up to fail, retaliation, employee monitoring, culture of competition with both students and coworkers, policies and expectations inconsistently applied....
